A customer advisor represents the interface between the company and customers. He provides answers to questions for customers or those interested in a product or service. The following lists the tasks that most customer advisors encounter during their everyday work:



    Accepting and processing customer inquiries Forwarding inquiries that they cannot answer themselves Passing on feedback and requests for improvement to the relevant departments Processing inquiries with the help of software Inquiries from customers Advising customers on solving problems related to a product or service provided by the company advising customers on selecting a suitable product or service, organizing and prioritizing inquiries and processing them according to urgency or internal specifications
